Apollo brought a distinct energy to the conference space, a company known for precision data and sales intelligence that wanted its event to feel equally sharp and confident. The creative brief called for a system that could carry the Apollo brand through a full multi-day summit: environmental signage, stage design, speaker assets, and digital promotion.
The design system was rooted in Apollo's existing brand but pushed toward something more event-worthy: bolder type, confident use of space, and a motion language that felt at home on a large-format stage. Every asset was designed once and adapted to multiple formats: from the hero LED backdrop to the badge lanyard.
